Organic agriculture is the production method which does not harm nature and people. Hence it is more expensive compared to conventional methods.
The product(s) granted with an organic certificate is required to be cultivated in soil which has not been used for conventional agriculture in the previous years.
The process involves control, audit and analysis of the soil, all of the raw materials used, production methods, storage, packaging and facility.
If approved, it is granted with an organic certificate. Audits are conducted with or without notice on a continuous basis.
